The prices are indicated per apartment and day, for a minimum stay of 7 nights and 2 people.
During the main tourist season, the apartments are rented only for whole weeks, from Saturday to Saturday.
In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, will take into account your special requirements.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our apartments (for sanitary reasons). Smoking is also not allowed inside the apartments.
Guests are asked to inform the owners about visitors. During your stay, we reserve one's right to enter the apartments for inspection purposes.
All prices include:
VAT, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, kitchenware, garage, ski room, electricity, heating ans free WiFi. For stays longer than a week, we provide a weekly linen change. In all apartments you will also find: a fridge, an electric oven, a microwave oven, dishes, pots, silverware, a moka pot, a toaster, an electric kettle, etc.
The prices do not include:
Final room cleaning (which costs 90 Euros) and the local tourist tax (starting from 01.01.2024 all prices shown are subject to the local Tax, amounting to €2,70 for people aged 14 and over per day, payable upon departure.
The check-in is possible after 3PM and the guests are kindly asked to leave the rooms before 9AM on the day of departure.
Your reservation will be valid only after the payment of a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total estimated cost of the stay. At the time of booking you will be sent all the details to send the deposit. In case of a cancellation of the stay, the deposit will not be returned.
Cancellation policy:
• The deposit is a cancellation fee (as provided by the Civil Code nr 1385) and in case of cancellation it is not returned.
• There are no other fees for cancellations made up to one month before your arrival, otherwise, we will bill you the whole price of the stay
In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.
Please settle the account of the apartment the day before your departure, in one of the following methods:
• In cash, up to a maximum amount of 5.000,00 Euros
• Credit card (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Euro Card, Pagobancomat, SIApay, JCB, UnionPay),.
• Bank transfer (in this case, we have to receive the transfer before your arrival or a few days before your departure)
We are not liable of objects and things forgotten in our apartments. Damages to the apartments or the furniture will be charged at end of stay.
Holidaypass :
It is a pass that lets you use all public transport in South Tyrol for free, you can ask for it at the check-in desk
Hotel Skipass Service:
To make your stay more comfortable, you can book and pay for your skipass online (without additional costs) before your arrival and, thanks to a code generated at the moment of the purchase, we will pick your skipass up and give it to you at your arrival.
